Frozen Fish
Frozen fish should be properly glazed and kept in cold storage at −30 °C, which will keep it in good condition for at least 6 months. The cold-storage life can be extended up to 1 year if the fish is packed in polyethylene bags topped up with water and frozen in vertical freezers.
